The SKJHA Group has interests ranging from fundamental electrochemistry (theory of electron transfer and of mass transport of complex systems in electrochemistry like Fractal Electrode|Electrolyte interface) to making chemical/electrochemical sensors. Current work also focuses on electrochemistry in nano/micro-electrodes array for energy storage/conversion & electrocatalysis, room temperature ionic liquids and in bioelectrochemistry. We adopt a bottom-up approach developing new methods to investigate the kinetics and mechanisms of interfacial reactions. Apart from these we are also working on diffusion-induced-stress modeling for Li ion battery.

We have a wide range of dedicated experimental and theoretical research interests. This website enables you to explore some of our research, our publications and to see the scientists in, and collaborating with the Group.
